NAYZAK is sold to the trade only — no direct-to-consumer, no marketplace listings. Your channel stays yours.
Where we are
The brand is complete: artwork approved, packaging in print, EU trade mark application filed in class 34 (pending, not yet registered). The first production run is being prepared, and I am taking distributor enquiries for it now.
Regulatory
The product contains no tobacco, so Directive 2014/40/EU does not apply: no track and trace codes, no EU-CEG submission on our side. Packaging is built to GPSR 2023/988 — identification, postal and electronic address of the responsible economic operator, and a batch number on every can. Nicotine limits differ by country; supply is confirmed market by market.
What I discuss
Enquiries from importers, wholesalers and distributors. Private label on request. Trade documentation goes to verified companies; lead time, Incoterms and payment terms are agreed individually.
Verification
Before terms are discussed I verify three things: a registered legal entity, a valid VAT number, and confirmation that the entity may trade nicotine pouches in its country. Settlement is by bank transfer from an account in the counterparty’s name.
